No retainers. No lock-ins. Sprint by sprint, we earn the renewal.

4-week sprints, fixed scope, fixed price, cancel any time, you own everything.

Book a Fit Call

20 minutes. Mutual qualification only. No pitch.

§ 01 · Three commitments

Built on your infrastructure.

Your accounts, your repos, your data, your credentials. We get access to build — you hold every key.

Yours to keep.

Cancel and walk away with every system, every prompt, every dashboard, every line of code. Unconditionally.

Renewable, not recurring.

You decide every 28 days whether we continue. No notice period. No clawback. No contract holding you in.

§ 02 · Start here

Foundation Sprint — 2 weeks · entry point for every client

£1,500–£2,500

Every client starts here. Real work that's yours to keep — whether you continue or not. It stops being "clarity for £2k" because we ship a working thing inside the sprint.

Attribution & Tracking Audit

Technical audit of GA4, GTM, ad platforms, conversion APIs. Every broken or missing tracking point documented.

System Map

Visual diagram of your current marketing stack: data flows, gaps, integration points. Yours to keep.

Prioritised Roadmap

90-day build plan with sprint-by-sprint scope and pricing locked in. Not recommendations — a signed SOW waiting for next sprint.

Quick Win

One tangible thing fixed and shipped during the sprint. Pre-identified before you pay. Closed tracking gap, UTM taxonomy live, dashboard wired up — small but real and yours forever.

§ 03 · Ongoing sprints

Build Sprint

£5,000–£8,000

4 weeks · ~40–50 architect hours

One major system shipped per sprint. Server-side tracking, AI content engine, reporting layer, lifecycle automation, or campaign restructure.

Who it's for

Teams ready to build the first major AI marketing system after the Foundation Sprint.

Best fit when

You have a specific system to build and a clear outcome to ship.

Optimization Sprint

£2,500–£4,500

4 weeks · ~15–25 architect hours

Post-build continuous improvement on existing systems. 1–2 enhancements shipped per sprint. Where the "lasting systems, continuously improved" promise lives.

Who it's for

Clients who have a working system and want it to keep sharpening each sprint.

Best fit when

The foundation is solid and you're optimising rather than building new.

Embed Sprint

£9,000–£14,000

4 weeks · ~60–80 architect hours

Multiple systems running in parallel. Fractional AI lead access across every function, plus a quarterly strategic review.

Who it's for

Clients who want the full AI marketing function running across every channel simultaneously.

Best fit when

You're ready to move fast across content, attribution, paid, and lifecycle in a single sprint window.

Your call, every sprint

§ 06 · Why we don't do free discovery calls

Most agencies offer free discovery calls. We charge £1,500–£2,500 for a Foundation Sprint. Here's why that's better for you.

The five problems with free discovery

1. They're sales calls in disguise.

The 30–60 minute "discovery" is theatre. The agency asks about goals, pitches their packages, sends a proposal. No real audit happens. No strategy is produced. The "discovery" is generic to anyone in your industry.

2. The agency hasn't actually looked at your business yet.

Free discovery means generic questions. The agency walks in cold. You spend 45 minutes explaining your stack and they pitch a £6k/month retainer based on a hunch.

3. There's no real deliverable.

After the call, you get a slide deck or a proposal PDF. Nothing tangible. Nothing you keep. Nothing that improves your business if you decide not to proceed.

4. The agency's incentive is to oversell scope.

Because the discovery was free, the agency needs to recoup that time on the engagement. The proposal is built around what they need to charge, not what you actually need.

5. You can't qualify the agency.

A free 60-minute pitch tells you nothing about whether the agency can execute. You're betting £30–80k of annual spend on vibes.

Our model fixes all five

1. 20-minute Fit Call.

Not a pitch — a mutual qualification. Both sides decide whether to proceed. Hard cap, no exceptions.

2. We prepare before we show up.

Our intake form scrapes your site and stack before the call. We walk in with concrete observations specific to your business — not generic questions.

3. Foundation Sprint ships real artefacts.

Audit, system map, roadmap, and a Quick Win shipped to your live environment. You keep all of it whether you continue or not.

4. We're not more expensive — we're honest about the cost.

Everyone else hides the discovery cost inside an inflated retainer. We price it separately, transparently, with named deliverables.

5. You see us work before committing to a Build Sprint.

The Foundation Sprint is the trial. You evaluate the quality of our execution before committing to anything larger.

§ 07 · Before you ask

Common questions.

Pricing questions answered.

Why no retainers?
Retainers reward keeping clients, not delivering for them. A retainer-based agency earns the same whether the work is transformative or mediocre. Sprint pricing means every 4-week window has to justify itself. If the sprint doesn't deliver value, you don't renew. That's the discipline — and it's the only contract we think is honest.
What if I want to cancel mid-sprint?
You can stop at any time. Sprint fees aren't refunded for the current sprint — we've already committed the time and resources. But there's no future commitment, no notice period, no clawback. Once the sprint ends, you keep everything built and we step back. Nothing is held hostage.
What does 'you own everything' actually mean?
Code in your GitHub. Prompts in your own docs. Credentials in your password manager, not ours. Every dashboard, workflow, automation, and system is built on your infrastructure from day one. We get access to build and operate; you hold every key. When we're done, we hand over full documentation and remove our access.
Why is the price a range?
Scope varies. A Build Sprint could be £5,000 or £8,000 depending on what needs to be built. The Foundation Sprint settles scope before any Build Sprint quote — by the end of it, you have a locked SOW and price waiting for signature. Ranges are the honest way to represent this before scope is defined.
Do you do paid media spend?
Spend is separate from our fee, paid directly to platforms. We manage the campaigns, the structure, the optimisation, and the reporting — but the media budget sits in your ad accounts. You always see exactly where every pound goes.
Why do you charge for the Foundation Sprint when others discover for free?
Because their 'discovery' is sales theatre and ours ships real artefacts you keep. A free discovery call is 45–60 minutes of generic questions followed by a proposal PDF. Our Foundation Sprint is 2 weeks of real work: a technical audit, a system map, a 90-day roadmap with locked pricing, and a Quick Win shipped to your live environment. You keep all of it — even if you never continue.

Start with a Fit Call. No strategy delivered, no pitch deck — just 20 minutes to find out if we're a fit.

If we're a fit, the Foundation Sprint sets the scope. If we're not, you've spent 20 minutes. Either way, you keep the observations we bring to the call.
