We run AI marketing departments on the client's infrastructure.

Robotic Pixels is a UK-based AI marketing agency. We build and operate AI marketing departments for businesses on monthly sprints — content, paid acquisition, attribution, AI search, and model selection — all running on the client's own infrastructure under our direction.

Most marketing functions in 2026 are stretched, agency-dependent, or absent — and most teams don't have the headcount or the budget to fix it by hiring. AI changes the math. Most marketing daily work — research, drafts, editorial QA, ad-buy adjustments, attribution checks, retrieval, distribution — is now describable as workflows that run on AI infrastructure under expert direction. Not theoretically. In production, every week, for paying clients. That is what Robotic Pixels does. We build and operate your AI marketing department on monthly sprints. Each sprint, the system gets sharper because it has another month of context on your business. Stop buying sprints and we lose access — you keep everything that was built.

— The problem
§ · How we work

Monthly sprints, no contracts

Each engagement is a calendar month of work, paid up front. Buy the next sprint only if the last one earned it. No notice periods, no contracts, no auto-renewal.

Built on your infrastructure

Your cloud account, your CRM, your Notion, your stack. We get access to build, iterate, and run — we never host your system on ours.

Hours used your way

The hours you buy each sprint are senior AI architect time. Spend them on content, paid acquisition, attribution, AI search, custom agents, or training your team. Priorities sorted at the start of every sprint.

Run for you, train your team, or both

We default to running the system day to day. You can switch any sprint to training your in-house team to take it over. Same hours, different mix.

Multi-model by default

We pick Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini based on the job, not the brand — and run them as a multi-model production stack, not a single-vendor dependency.

§ · Values

No lock-in

You own everything from day one. The system runs on your infrastructure. Stop buying sprints and we lose access — you keep the agents, prompts, runbooks, content, and analytics.

Specificity over spectacle

Concrete details beat vague promises. We name the models, the tools, the workflows. If we can't show you exactly how, we don't claim it.

Revenue is the only metric that matters

Clicks, impressions, and sessions are means to an end. If a metric doesn't connect to revenue, we don't optimise for it.

Compounding, not contracts

Each sprint stacks on the last — your data, voice, and feedback loops baked into the system. Month six is materially more capable than month one. That's the reason you stay, not because you can't leave.

Privacy as first principle

GDPR, CCPA, and the coming wave of data regulation aren't obstacles — they're the environment your AI marketing stack needs to operate in.

Outcome-focused, not output-focused

Reports and dashboards are not the deliverable. Better decisions, more revenue, lower CAC — those are.
